A motion control system based on industrial personal computer which can be used in battery-pack welding machine is developed.It meets the needs of enterprises with production automation in manufacturing electric vehicle power lithium-ion battery-packs.This article elaborates the principle of resistance spot welding and the machine’s working process and offeres the requirements of this control system. The paper selects the "PC + Motion Control Card" aided by digital input and output cards as the final control system,then makes some relevant introductions of necessary hardwares in system and analyses the main principle. It uses the Visual Basic programming language to make man-machine interface of the system and calls the function library of motion control card to complete the control system software design. There are several anti-interference measures for this system to ensure that it can run normally. Finally, debug the system and give the debugging result. This article has the certain theoretical and practical value for achieving automatical welding of the battery-pack. |
