| Reticulated polyurethane foam is an excellent material. It has a wide range of uses in the area of HVAC, building and military construction. But there is no corresponding theoretical guidance to the preparation of this material, which cause the success rate of preparation of this material is very low. So the preparation process of reticulated polyurethane foam by detonation method is researched by this article.This article shows the preasure time varying history obtained by the experiment test of reticulated polyurethane foam processing by detonation method and records the phenomena and the results of the detonation phenomenon.According to the experiment results above, this article researches the mechanism of reticulated polyurethane foam processing by detonation method. Firstly, analyzes the morphology of combustible gas during the process of preparation of reticulated polyurethane foam from pressure-time characteristic and wave velocity. The result shows that the behavior of the combustible gas during this process is gaseous detonation rather than deflagration. On this basis, form and propagation mechanism of combustible gas during this process, mechanism of reticulated polyurethane foam processing, influence of gaseous detonation intensity on the effect of reticular melting layer, medium pressure-time and pressure-position stage change characteristics are gained by analyzing.Then, this article studies the influence of two decisive state points(pre-peak state point and ultimate state point) on detonation effect. Firstly, respectively building the pressure and temperature parameters models on two decisive state points. The models reflect the relationship between pressure parameter, temperature parameter and mechanical properties of polyurethane, chemical energy per unit mass, structure of detonation wave. On this basis, building the model which reflects the relationship between temperature parameter on pre-peak state point, temperature parameter on ultimate state point, pressure parameter on ultimate state point and pre-peak state parameter. The generalized ralation model which reflects the relationship between temperature parameter on ultimate state point and temperature parameter on pre-peak state point is build. And the generalized ralation model which reflects the relationship between parameters on pre-peak state point and parameters on ultimate state point is built as well.Finally, this article analyzes and verifies the models built in preceding part of this article. Model validation result shows that the parameters of the model correspond to the experimental data well. And then, the article analyzes the effect of structure of detonation wave, energy per unit mass of mixed gas, elastic modulus of polyurethane to peak pressure. According to the model built in preceding part of this article, analyzing the law and reason of the relationship between temperature parameter on pre-peak state point, temperature parameter on ultimate state point, pressure parameter on ultimate state point and pre-peak state parameter. At last, analyzing the law and reason of the relationship between temperature parameter on ultimate state point and temperature parameter on pre-peak state point by the model built in preceding part of this article.In general, this article takes the lead in the research on the process of gaseous detonation happened among the polyurethane foam and the mechanism of reticulated polyurethane foam processing by detonation method. Providing a theoretical foundation for the reticulated polyurethane foam processing by detonation method. The results of this article have some application value and academic value. |
