In recent years, China’s coal mine information construction has made remarkable achievements, including the industrial control network and enterprise network, integrated automation system of coal mine safety production monitoring system, networking, coal mine safety risk "six systems", as well as the management information system for the production and management of various departments. These information systems are producing huge amounts of data continuously, and these data are usually in a report or shown on the big screen. The model and rules knowledge behind big data can’t be perceived, so the coal mine safety situation is the lack of generalization and enhancement essentially. Data accumulation but relative lack of knowledge has gradually become an important issue of informatization construction in coal mine. It is also the purpose of this paper that studied coal mine safety diagnosis expert knowledge base.Coal mine safety diagnosis expert knowledge base, whose function is organizing the knowledge related to coal mine safety specification system and storing it in certain form and providing efficient means to access, to retrieval and to reason, which is the foundation of dynamic diagnosis system of coal mine safety. Through the affairs data collected by business system and real-time data uploaded by monitoring system, coal mine safety dynamic diagnosis system calculates and analyses the mine status based on the knowledge diagnosis model, evaluating the safety status and presenting problems, besides supporting on problem searching, matching, reasoning and suggesting measures.This paper systematically clarifies the coal mine safety production activities and the objects participating in these activities. Combing every class object associated with the safety production attribute and information. Research and establish quantitative indicators and quantitative diagnosis model for various objects on the safe production and the impact of risk hierarchically. Establish the evaluations standard and diagnosis model library. According to the model of quantitative indicators and diagnosis of coal mine safety production, and coal mine safety production of all kinds of regulations system standard, established the expert knowledge base dynamic diagnosis of coal mine safety. Realize the basic rules of word segmentation safety knowledge retrieval, fuzzy matching, reasoning and inference.Using the.NET framework as the platform of application architecture using three layer model, using the relational database SQL Server 2008 and object oriented language C# to develop the coal mine safety expert system knowledge base and reasoning machine. Data source for the diagnosis objects is collected by the integrated management system. Knowledge base references violations standard, risk standard, equipment and operating rules. Diagnosis method and model are packaged in program through object-oriented and modular design method. The diagnosis system diagnoses and evaluates the overall safety condition of coal mine with the evaluation model through the diagnosis objects data, and finally provides recommendations on diagnosis results. At present, the dynamic diagnosis system for coal mine safety and the expert knowledge base has been put into use, and reduces the coal mine safety accident rate effectively. It has played a positive role to improve the production environment.
