| More than 80% of the coal mine accidents are the human factor accidents, research and improve the human factor reliability of Coal mine workers can reduce the probability of frequent coal mine accidents, so as to reduce the losses of life and economy of the accident effectively.This paper discusses the development of human factor reliability analysis, and detail to description of the scope of application of the three generation reliability methods and their limitations, amends to the Cognitive Reliability and Error Analysis Method(CREAM) to accord with the mode of production in coal mine tunneling. According to analysis the tunnel drilling working behavior of human reliability and put forward to the measures to improve the reliability of tunneling drilling workers.The correction of CREAM is divided into three blocks:(1) To partial correction of CREAM method in the common performance conditions, adds three important common performance conditions of the information perfect degree of heading drilling, task attributes and the body states of workers, and delete the common performance conditions which are not important(such as available time);(2) There is significant difference of important degree between the different situational context of CPC factors, and the different performance scene environment belongs to the qualitative factors, considering the relationship between the state of the environment in two scenarios, amend to the environmental impact index b;(3) Because the control area of CREAM method is discrete, and this is not match with the continuous production operation of coal mine tunneling, to correct the control mode area of CREAM method to continuous regional control mode to conform the production of tunneling underground mine.Through the above theory, the correction of CREAM method applied to the reliability studies of coal mine workers which were drilling and tunneling, to predict the reliability of them, and give the measures to increase the reliability of drilling and excavation workers. At the same time to analyzes the constitutions of the safety capabilities and the factors that affects the safety capabilities, and proposes the safety capacity planning of tunneling work and tunneling face. To establish the human reliability model of coal mine tunneling work with the modified CREAM method can provide a theoretical basis of prevention and treatment of human factors for Coal Mine Accident with a strong practical significance. |
