ABSTRACT:With the continuous development of economy and the expansion of the consumer demand, urban logistics has ushered in the great development in recent years. While, at the same time, the bad effects of urban logistics on the environment is becoming more and more serious. Traditional urban logistics operation mode in the increasingly congested road traffic condition releases more and more environmental pollution to the city. Besides, automobile exhaust and noise also have a serious impact on people’s health. Meanwhile, government restrict on the numbers of freight vehicles which has also greatly reduced the traditional logistics distribution efficiency. However, with the development of economy and higher people living standard, the more frequency, small batch of distribution pattern has formed because of the personalized needs of consumers. Therefore in a particular time period, rapid response to the needs of the consumers and the exact product delivery to customers has become the key to survival for enterprises. Common delivery logistics arises at the historic moment. It can greatly guarantee the lower costs for enterprises and reduce the effects of urban transport of goods for transport and environment. It is not only conducive to the improvement of human’s survival in the environment, but also to a good social and economic operation. In the decision-making stage of common delivery project, the comprehensive analysis of the potential environmental impact assessment and the analysis of the environmental impact of the new logistics are very necessary. Since the logistics distribution system is a complicated multi-factor system, and the methods of environment evaluation theory for distribution system is not perfect enough, this article aims to explore the new technology of common delivery system evaluation. This paper in view of the common delivery of environmental impact, analysis and summed up the experience in logistics distribution and environmental impact assessment domestically and abroad. This article uses life cycle assessment method qualitatively and quantitatively analysis the environmental impact of common delivery and traditional logistics distribution of urban central business district. The evaluation scope includes the process of energy consumption, namely the use of electricity and fuels, and in the process of the pollutants, comprehensive analysis the overall impact on the environment of common delivery. By using the method of life cycle assessment, we can effectively test whether the new logistics operation mode can effectively reduce environmental pollution brought by the urban freight, and whether it can reduce energy consumption, and whether it is to be a potential method for freight organization. At the same time, by using the MATLAB simulation model, through the analysis of the example of Beijing, the logistics distribution is obtained and also the best time of exhaust emission with the least loss of time domain, which can effectively support keeping a good environment of city logistics distribution. In addition, it can also provide logistics decision makers and participants with the necessary support and guidance.
