| Fermenter tank means the device used for microbial fermentation,and it is to improve efficiency by optimizing the fermentation conditions for microbial fermentation.By now,it has been widely used in food,MSG,the enzyme system and the pharmaceutical industry by now.The structure of the fermentation tank is complex and the function is esoteric.Only relying solely on the physical teaching and training,it will have high cost and low efficiency.While traditional fermentation control systems are mainly based on the experience of switching control design and it has poor control effect,so the virtual simulationof fermentation’s development of control system has an important practical significance for industrial and laboratory.In this thesis,with the purpose of displaying and interactive controling of biological fermentation tank,the design apply the virtual reality technology,combined with 3D modeling and OPC technology,to design a virtual simulation system fermentation tank. After analysis of the structure of the fermenter,the design use 3Dmax modeling software for modeling.With rendering and LOD technology,the design add materials and grain to the model.Then the design export it to WRL file and read it into the Lab VIEW platform. After that,the design use Lab VIEW’s viewpoint conversion functions.With the writing on the front panel and block Diagram,it can rotate,pan and zoom the model. Then users can interact with the model through an input device( mouse, keyboard) to simulate the fermentation process fermenter.After that,the design use RSLogix5000 to control PLC with PID.Finally,the design use Lab VIEW as a PC, RSLinx as a communication software,to operate the controller of PLC. Design results show that the virtual simulation system has a higher authenticity and interactivity and users can use Lab VIEW for PLC control. |
