The study took the Sanjiangyuan Region ecosystem services as the research object, constructed the Sanjiangyuan Region ecosystem services evaluation system. The three~river source area ecosystem service value was divided into two types of use value and non~use value.Use value included 9 kinds of service value,such as gas regulation, climate regulation, water conservation, soil conservation, waste treatment, maintaining biodiversity, entertainment, culture, food production and raw materials production nine service value.Non~use value included three kinds of value and they were existence value, heritage value and choose.We built the unit price list of the Sanjiangyuan Region ecosystem service use value basing on the value evaluation method of expert knowledge.Then evaluating the Sanjiangyuan Region ecosystem service use value. We used the contingent valuation method to evaluate the Sanjiangyuan Region ecosystem non~use values.Finally it was concluded the Sanjiangyuan Region ecosystem service value.The results showed that the area of three rivers ecosystem services value was 25.97343 trillion yuan.The present value of Use value was 22.94061 trillion yuan,and the non~use values’ present value was 3.03282 trillion yuan. They accounted for 88.31% and 11.69% of the total value respectively.In all three levels of service value, The proportion of the value of waste treatment and water conservation was the largest,The proportion was 21.49% and 19.28% of the total value.Caused by the non~use values of total value was less, it accounted for of the existence value, the heritage value, the option value‘s proportion value was less,only having 6.23%, 2.36% and 3.10% respectively.
