Study On Optimization Design For Mold Of Shaped Copper

The basis of this paper was study on domestic productive process actuality of shaped copper manufacture. The mold in extrusive process,drawing process of Dtype shaped copper tube were researched by combining the productive actuality of shaped copper tube in Jianghe company. Took the corresponding measure optimized design for the problem because of mold after studied. Start to solve problem according to optimized design the traditional mold and design new mold which broke the traditional model of mold design. Finally the problem in productive process of shaped copper tube had solved effectively, the methods of new model mold was achieved.The structural element of hot extrusion mold had been expounded in the process of hot extrusion design and produce. Studied the reason of design, the effective way to solve problem which maybe appear in process of hot extrusion mold design had been put forward. The design of drawing mold had studied in the process of drawing mold design and produce, the methods of effective improved and optimized design had summarized. Analyzed the formula of calculation for different drawing force, simplified the model of calculation. The design for every working parts and the whole structure of mold was optimized,the productive equality and the life for mold had increased. Deep studied the produce condition of shaped copper in the process of productive condition of shaped copper and mold design. The various kind failure reason of shaped copper produce had analyzed by the example of D-type shaped copper tube. The problem about wall of D-type shaped copper tube because on mold in the process of extrusion and drawing had decomposed, the mold of D-type shaped copper tube in process of extrusion and drawing had optimized, the optimized mold fit for produce. Optimize designed the extrusion and drawing mold in the process of optimize design mold of shaped copper, a new method of mold design had formed.This study optimize designed the mold in the stage of extrusion and drawing, mold in copper alloy extrusive produce process,advanced the productive process of D-type shaped copper tube. Solved various problem preferably in the process of shaped copper tube produce, a new and practical mold for the produce of shaped copper tube had formed. The productive practice had proved that the shaped copper tube mold were able to solve problems which appeared in the process of shaped copper tube produce after optimize designed.
