The surrounding city of Yinchuan is the protection and development of the ecological system, ecological significance for Yinchuan city ecological planning and environmental protection.Wetland is the natural wetland, regulate the climate, storage of important functions of groundwater pollution, degradation, prevent dust, improve the ecological environment. Wetland ecological system on the one hand can be a good supplement of degradation of pollution, clean water to the city underground through sand filtration;produce wetland transpiration on the other hand a large amount of water vapor, can improve the city air humidity, sand dust, adjust the city climate, city plays a role of "natural air conditioning".In recent years, the quantity of natural wetland in our country, the decline in the quality of reduction is an irrefutable fact. CPPCC member Chen Xiumao analysis in the proposal, with the rapid increase of population in China, in order to solve the expansion and development of the agricultural economy, irrational development and utilization of wetland natural wetlands caused Chinese dwindling, decline in functionand benefit; fishing, hunting, deforestation, excessive digging etc. obtain the wetland biological resources, cause the Wetlands Biodiversity and gradually lose; long-term commitment of drain life of industrial and agricultural wastewater, sewage, resulting in wetland water pollution, seriously endangered wetland biological survival environment.This study aimed at the Yinchuan wetland ecological system and its importance to the weak, for the protection, restoration and reconstruction of Yinchuan wetland,give full play to the service function of Yinchuan wetland ecosystem, improve the ecological environment of Yinchuan City, we should study and research, basic science policy to protect the ecological system to carry out related wetland, protection mode research on the development and utilization of technology, recovery and degradation of wetland ecosystem, the wetland resources in Yinchuan to build sets use wetland, a typical example of city wetland landscape plant protection, bird conservation,scientific research and education, ecological tourism function and water resources protection function of coordination.By drawing on the concepts and methods of ecological landscape ecology process of domestic and foreign environment evaluation and construction, combination of ecology, the science of human settlements, geography, human behavior based on the multi-disciplinary theory to study its repair relations put forward effective measures to look to the future.
