With the rapid growth of China’s economy, carbon dioxide emissions are under increasing concern. As the main place for future emissions of carbon, 85% of the world’s resources and energy are consumed in cities, as well as 85% of the waste and carbon dioxide are discharged. It will be significant to research carbon dioxide emissions regulations type in different sources / sinks area in cities in the current reality.This study can be divided into two parts. First, the emission regulation of different carbon sources / sinks type region based on mortoring data; second, city infinite line source diffusion model based on the CO2 response factor correction, then city carbon disffusion model is obtained.Representative sites of Suzhou City, for example, residential area in high tech Zone, parks and green land are selected, based on ground sensor such as observation data, combined with meteorological data, road traffic and other auxiliary information, regulation of carbon emissions and urban infinite line source diffusion model is studied based on CO2 response correction coefficient, in order to provide reference for the study of urban carbon verification.As for carbon emission regulations, according to the carbon dioxide concentration monitoring data sited in residential compounds, the temporal variation trend charts are obtained, the different sources of carbon emissions and emission characteristics of the residential compounds and surrounding area are analyzed. The CO2 emission regulations of urban traffic pointing type carbon source regional are obtained, the influence mechanisms on carbon dioxide concentration in low altitude areas caused by terrestrial carbon sources are explored, the main influence factors are revealed.As for city infinite line source diffusion model, overall technology routing of city infinite line source diffusion model based on CO2 response coefficient correction is proposed combined with of with Xingyun garden residential compounds, the atmospheric stability classification method and total cloud /low cloud, solar altitude angle method are discussed. the transport carbon emissions source data in the target region and around road are calculated, the definition of the response coefficient of CO2 is put forward, city infinite line source dispersion model is fixed, formulas that used to solve the CO2 response coefficient by Gauss Newton method is discussed, the numerical solution of CO2 response coefficient is obtained.
