Oil is an important strategic material, but also the economic and social stability of the lubricant, pipeline transportation is the main way to transport and distribution of oil. With the gradual development of the national infrastructure construction, the blasting vibration in the tunnel construction is inevitable, which brings great threat to the safety of the pipeline. Once the pipeline due to blasting vibration and broken, not only caused a lot of waste of resources, will release a lot of harmful substances in environmental pollution, even can cause secondary disasters such as fires endanger people’s lives. Therefore, it is very important to ensure the safety of oil pipeline.During the construction process, the tunnel will be blasting vibration on the top of the tunnel, which may endanger the safe operation of the pipeline. Based on the engineering background, this paper uses LS-DYNA software to establish the three-dimensional finite element model for numerical simulation, and compares the simulation results with the field measured data to verify the accuracy of the model.This paper mainly analyzes the vibration waveform and figure of oil pipeline, pipe soil, surface soil, the coupling relationship between pipe and soil, oil three, analysis of the pipeline vibration velocity, different distance and pressure in pipeline under the soil surface vibration velocity and pipeline circumferential stress, axial stress and equivalent stress force,found the pipe vibration speed,soil surface velocity and pipeline equivalent stress were decreased with increasing distance,increases with the increase of pipeline internal pressure. Through the curve fitting method to get a specific function, to provide guidance for the construction site, saving construction costs, to ensure the safe operation of oil pipelines.
