This paper is mainly focused on the most common substances which is added in sports drinks with illegally method.Detection method is established for Banned acid dyes more than 20 kinds of sport drinks.This paper mainly uses literature research,expert interviews, interdisciplinary and experiment to study. This article is divided into two parts. One part is summarize, including:(1)The development status of sports drink is summed up,(2)The detection methods of colorants in sports drink is overviewed. The other part is experimental section, this part includes:set up the method with quickly detection of colorant in sports drink use the HPLC and the UPLC.The methods of detection of synthetic coloring agent.
