| This paper is mainly focused on the most common substances which is added in sports drinks with illegally method.Detection method is established for Banned acid dyes more than 20 kinds of sport drinks.This paper mainly uses literature research,expert interviews, interdisciplinary and experiment to study. This article is divided into two parts. One part is summarize, including:(1)The development status of sports drink is summed up,(2)The detection methods of colorants in sports drink is overviewed. The other part is experimental section, this part includes:set up the method with quickly detection of colorant in sports drink use the HPLC and the UPLC.The methods of detection of synthetic coloring agent. By determining the sports drinks colorant such a research goal, this paper further explores the commonly used detection methods of colorant in sports drinks.Sports drinks using the national standard detection methods, direct injection, as well as review the literature on Sports drinks colorants were measured repeatedly by a large number of experiments to explore, and ultimately determine the processing method and instrument samples.The UHPLC separation was carried out on a ZORBAX SB-C18 column 250×4.6 mm,5 μm. the mobile phases were 20μL or 10μL ammonium acetate(Acetic acid PH=4.5) solution with gradient elution.the flow rate was 0.8ml/min or 1.0ml/ min.The standards showed good linearity, the recoveries ranged relative was higher,The method is characterized by a simple pre-treatment simplicity sensitivity and accuracy and very applicable to sports drink.Compared with the method of the present study the relevant literature, the method is characterized by a simple pre-treatment simplicity sensitivity and accuracy and very applicable to sports drink. by actual measurement of the sample on the sports drink market, its proved have a good test results, the method is feasible and effective detection method for sports drinks banned synthetic pigment added provides a new detection method. |
