With the development of the economy in China, air-conditioning market are developing quickly,the latest generation of refrigeration intermediary used calls for increasingly high quality of the air-conditioning and TP2 copper pipe as first choice high heat transfer pipe of heat exchanger. Therefore,during meet yield of copper pipe to improve the quality of copper pipe,and to produce high clean, high performance, high precision and high value-added products, constantly promote the heat exchanger to high-performance, small size, low and quantitative direction to develop.Because of TP2 copper pipe in the process of production will produce obvious work hardening phenomenon, thus it will be necessary to meet the performance requirements of copper pipe to anneal treatment finished products by well type annealing furnace. Finished product annealing temperature directly affects the mechanical properties of the copper pipe, high temperature is easy to cause copper pipe to produce the phenomenon of local temperature overheating, lead to internal grain grew rapidly, and reduce the elongation of copper pipe. Finished product annealing temperature is too low, will make copper pipe insufficient heating and heat preservation time, make its cannot completely eliminate the residual stress, copper pipe hardness values on the high side, can’t meet the performance requirements for cold working. Therefore, it is necessary to have an analysis of the temperature distribution of copper pipe and gas flow for improving annealing process and provide basic data for well type annealing furnace structure transformation.The main contents of this article include:Firstly, according to the annealing characteristics of copper pipe well type annealing furnace, and establish entity model of well type annealing furnace by fluid dynamic software FLUENT in this paper, and mesh grid by the hexahedron mesh, structured and unstructured hybrid grid, and using the standard ek -turbulence model and the P-1 radiation model, Eventually set up a heat transfer model of multiple reference frame and three-dimensional turbulent flow and fluid-solid coupling, and the flow field in the copper tube well type annealing furnace and fluid-solid coupling temperature field are simulated by using the model.Secondly, in the field actually measure the temperature variation curves, and compare the simulation values,to validate the accuracy of the results of simulation.Thirdly, the finished pipe after annealing has a mechanical properties tensile test and metallographic test, and again to verify the accuracy of the simulation results.Finally, The structure of the existing well type annealing furnace is optimized, and by software FLUENT make a numerical simulation of the annealing furnace to get the optimal well type annealing furnace structure.
