The continuous casting crystallizer, one kind of liquid steel cooling molding equipment, is called the heart of caster. The continuous casting crystallizer oscillates according to the expected non-sinusoidal(and sinusoidal) waveform, it can effectively improve the casting speed and quality. The paper takes the oscillation system of continuous casting crystallizer driven by servo motor as reseach object, develops a kind of PC monitoring software for oscillation system of multi-strand continuous casting crystallizer, and develops a steel leakage prediction software of continuous casting crystallizer based on steel leakage prediction algorithm. At last, the effectiveness of developed software is verified by experiments.Firstly, according to the requirement for monitoring oscillation system of multi-strand continuous casting crystallizer in industrial field, the paper develops PC monitoring software V1.0 for oscillation system of multi-strand continuous casting crystallizer driven by servo motor. This software has many functions, for example, it can monitor on line displacement, speed of oscillation system of multi-strand continuous casting crystallizer and motor rotate speed, it can query and manage data of crystallizer, situation of operators, design report and so on. The operation result in simulated industrial field showed that the designed monitoring software can satisfy the need of actual demands in industrial field.Secondly, considering of steel leakage accidents, happen in continuous casting process, one steel leakage prediction algorithm based on active learning GA-SVM classifier was presented, and then one steel leakage prediction software of continuous casting crystallizer was developed. According to simulated result from actual data in one steel industry, the precision of steel leakage reached to 95.12%. Simulated experiment of leakage prediction showed that this software can judge in time when the sticking steel leakage will happen and then offer warming.Finally, to ensure the consistent between electrical and mechanical zero, smooth of waveform switching and other technical requirements, this article writes the lower control program of oscillation system of continuous casting crystallizer driven by servo motor, which is closely related to PC monitoring software, including artificial zero program, waveform switching program and communication program. The result of oscillation system of multi-strand continuous casting crystallizer driven by servo motor verified that the monitoring software was valid, and it laid good foundation for industrial application of oscillation system of continuous casting crystallizer driven by servo motor.
