Biomass adhesives are used more and more widely, so its safety and environmental protection are geting more attention. For the main ingredient in biomass liquefaction products and its resin adhesive, we need develop a rapid and simple analysis method and the experimental analysis method of stable and high recovery rate.At the same time,making the corresponding safety evaluation about biomass adhesive is the key of the biomass adhesive safety analysis and research.Biomass liquefaction products and its resin adhesive are research objects in this paper.we analysed the composition and main harmful ingredients, pre-treatment methods and detection methods and described its impact on the environment and human security.At the same time we analyzed the test method and security of the various main volatile component during biomass adhesive in the process of curing.It determines the key safety quality index and testing methods about the biomass liquefaction resin adhesive and liquefaction product.Paper main research contents are as follows:(1) Based on the research of solvent extraction, sample quantity, chromatographic conditions and the detection limit, standard curve, recovery rate and precision established a "solution extraction- GC method for determination of biomass liquefaction products and its resin adhesive of 1, 4- dioxane, benzene methyl ether, phenol, coumarone, dimethyl pyrazine compounds 5 methods". In the method,the five kinds of compounds in the minimum detection limit, the minimum quantitative limit is less than 0.5, 1.5 g/m L, respectively. recovery rate is 80.52 ~ 102.28%, the precision is 7.01% or less.(2) by the research of reaction temperature,the color dosage,color of time, wavelength absorption and the detection limits and other conditions,such as standard curve,recovery,precision,we establish a "4-amino-antipyrine spectrophotometric Determination of biomass liquefaction product and its method of phenol resin adhesive content. " Phenol method detection limit, minimum quantitation limits were less than 0.142,0.462ug/m L. Emissions of harmful substances of biomass liquefaction resin adhesive during heat curing process is in line with GB16276-1996 "air pollutant discharge standards". When ACH plywood plant is more than 12 times / h, the use of biomass liquefaction resin adhesive workshop environment is safe, the content of harmful substances in the air is below the occupational exposure limit values. Plywood biomass liquefaction resin adhesive produced no adverse effects on the home environment and have no harm to operator.
