For spray dust, multi-jet is better than single nozzle, however its internal structure and flow situation is more complex, so use the German BAAS-MS-11-130° nozzle as the research object, BAAS-MS-11-130°underground dust nozzle is made in German. It has the advantages of good dust removing effect and difficult to clog.In order to explore the advantage of the nozzle firstly analyzed the structure characteristics of the nozzle. Then use the numerical simulation analysis the flow field inside the liquid. The 3D modeling of CREO software was applied to the nozzle, then use the ANSYS ICEM to mesh it, then use ANSYS FLUENT software to carries on the numerical simulation. After changing the size parameters of nozzle, do analysis of the influence of nozzle spray effect.Based on the numerical simulation of flow field inside the BAAS-MS-11-130° nozzle, the nozzle structure obtains dvantages are: imports of cavity formed after the liquid enters the vortex acceleration liquid flow; swirl piece and swirl chamber the liquid form a cyclone, the centrifugal effect so that the liquid further accelerated; nozzle diameter reater than the ordinary nozzle, the nozzle is not easy to be blocked; around 6 nozzle and the center nozzle at some angle, increase the atomization angle and the atomization effect. Different dimension parameters affecting the spray angle of nozzle and speed, can beselected by numerical simulation of liquid inflow velocity and size parameters of nozzle to obtain better effect of spray. Size calculation results of numerical simulation and the choice of selecting nozzle has the same. Numerical simulation analysis of the nozzle is, especially combined nozzle complex internal structure of a kind of economic and effective way.
