Mine dust is one of the main natural disasters in coal mine,it not only affects the underground work environment,but also will be an explosion under certain conditions,which is a serious threat to the mine production security and staffs physical and mental health.With the continuous improvement of coal mine mechanization level,underground dust quantity is becoming larger and larger,a set of reasonable and effective dust removal device becomes extremely urgent.ln this paper,supersonic gas atomization nozzle as the research object,the use of pressure and pressure water in the pipe network,through the nozzle to form a dust trap dust,can effectively reduce the concentration of coal dust particles,clean air quality,put an end to the dust Explosion accident.The main contents are as follows:1.Based on the two-dimensional plane calculation domain,regardless of the compressibility of gas flow and the influence of nozzle structure,under different supersonic transverse wind first atomization of liquid column,secondary atomized droplets and shock wave atomization mechanism for numerical simulation analysis.2.Based on atomization mechanism and the quasi one dimensional nozzle flow analytical solution of curve design laval nozzle structure and three different liquid membrane inside the nozzle shape and the location of the girth,establish a supersonic spraying nozzle three dimenshional model.3.Consider the compressibility of air,the supersonic aerosol in the shower nozzle airflow speed characteristics research,by means of supersonic spraying nozzle numerical calculation software Fluent two-dimensional model of gas-liquid two phase atomization and three-dimensional model work environment of aerosol flow field simulation test and verify.According to the result of first atomization of liquid column simulation,we get the dynamic figure of atomized particle size condition and penetration depth of liquid column under the cross wind,and fitting for cross wind velocity and liquid column diameter on the experience formula of the penetration depth.According to the secondary atomiztion process of the droplet under cross wind visualization of simulation results,explained the droplets from liquid surface creep,deformation to completely broken for physical reasons of secondary droplets.The atomization simulation of liquid droplets under the action of shock pulse.Within the designed nozzle simulated airflow speed characteristic curve,and through the gas-liquid two phase tightly coupled VOF+Level Set model,get the nozzle pressure,velocity,turbulence intensity distribution of cloud.The three-dimensional flow field of the air entrainment is obtained by the simulation of the three-dimensional model of the supersonic aerosol jet. |
