The Analysis Of Environmental Quality In Shaanxi Province

This paper researched the environmental quality of Shaanxi Province in theory and research method and detailed the study of the atmospheric environment in Shaanxi Province,water environment and environmental noise.In the aspect of atmospheric environmental,this paper assessed the concept, purpose,main content, the main pollutants in atmospheric environment, for studying Shaanxi atmospheric quality assessment based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, getting annual change trend of the air quality of Shanxi Province, and the three major pollutants for environmental weights. At the same time, This paper in the space and times analyzed of a region and ten cities in Shaanxi province.In the water environment,this paper detailed water quality monitoring, water environment monitoring methods and analyzed the water quality situation of Shaanxi Province, the river water quality, drinking water source water quality, grasped the environment in Shaanxi Province at inter annual variation, and grasped the comparison between several major rivers from the space, and the river itself inter annual change and of the main pollutants in the surface water in Shaanxi Province analysis, obtained the biggest factor of pollution contribution rate.In the aspect of environmental noise,this paper detailed the basic concepts and noise functional area division expounded, through the analysis of Shaanxi Province annual acoustic environment and functional area environmental noise standard, on the environmental noise annual data of fuzzy evaluation, it is concluded that the governance situation of the Shaanxi Province environmental noise, providing reliable scientific reference for subsequent environmental noise control and management.Combined with the analysis of Shaanxi Province atmospheric environment, water environment and environmental noise, we can obtain the analysis of the overall environmental situation in Shaanxi Province, each category of environmental analysis to master the main pollution source,put forward to reasonable environmental prevention and treatment recommendations,combining with the current economic, policy and technology situation, putforward reasonable suggestions. According to the analysis of the situation in Shaanxi Province environment,we can grasp :the province’s environmental air quality remained stable.Research shows that, coal emissions and dust is the main pollution source in Shaanxi province PM10, we can focus on the atmospheric environment pollution prevention and treatment for PM10. Shaanxi province should focus on coal emissions effectively governance.The situation of six water quality of major rivers are stable and Weihe River governance is progressing smoothly.In the aspect of pollution control and governance optimization,Shaanxi province also yielded results. The water quality of drinking water source in Shaanxi province is very good. Several major pollutants, oil pollution share rate is maximum, the water environmental governance should focus on oil pollution source control, and take technology of oil pollution to promote its decomposition. Shaanxi could carry out environmental noise prevention and control work to improve environmental noise.
