| The area of northern Hebei is a junction area of northern, northwest and northeast, it is an important ecological barrier for Beijing and Tianjin. So the study of the quality of the area's ecological environment is strategic importance. As the ecological environment of Zhang jiakou and Chengde city basically reflects the ecological environment of northern Hebei, based on the theory of typical analysis, we can find some useful datas from this two cities's statistical yearbook to study the situation of north Hebei. According to the actual situation , before we take the average datas of the two cities from 2005 to 2007,we should determine the relevant indicators to mitigate the impact of variability to some extent.Based on the study of scale, this paper mainly focuses on county, city field and mesoscale to make ecological environment appraisal And to select a different system depending on the scale. In the analysis process, the weight used in a variety of evaluatin methods in this paper is the weight that throungh AHP and coefficient of variation method giving a weight about related indicators. In this way, wo can not only avoiding subjective bias, but also meeting the needs of the actual study.According to the different types of scale, the paper selected Scatter portfolio evaluation, eco-environmental quality index method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the ecological environment quality of northen Hebei. Scatter combination evaluation method which is from a variety of evaluation methods of evaluation results extract the important information to obtain the evaluation of regional order and rank. The result is: The top three is Guyuan county, Kuancheng county and Zhuolu county. The bottom three is Longhua county, Huaian county and Xuanhua county. Compared with the actual situation, this result basically closed to the reality. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation rule which based on the quality of the ecological environment of mountainous northern Hebei overall condition divided the indicator systems into three categories, namely urban, mountainous and agricultural areas three environmental quality evaluation index systems Where the weights are determined based on expert opinion. Final conclusion: The stability of the fuzzy evaluation result of the town is general, The stability of the fuzzy evaluation result of the mountain area is better than town, The stability of the fuzzy evaluation result of the agriculture area is the best of all. |
