With the rapid development of economy, the oil production is increasingly difficult to meet the needs of the market and the continuous exploitation results in increasing difficulty of mining, it has become an important research on improving oil production, so taking recoverable quantities of oil as the background, and by means of virtual reality technology, the paper complements a three-dimensional simulation of oilfield stimulation process, establishes an intuitive visual results of the simulation process, it has very important guiding significance for the implementation of oilfield stimulation process and provides theoretical basis for it.This paper selects oilfield stimulation process as the research object, confirms the final process flow diagram, creates the 3D virtual model of the corresponding equipment by analyzing and simplifying the process of chemical equipment geometry and functions, summarizes and designs the properties of assembly virtual device putting forward the original assembly model and the universal method of assembly, formulats a complete series of virtual assembly rules and constraints, and experiments were made to verify the design. In the constraints set, it constructed the virtual assembly simulation realistic environment and the use of scene structure to manage the 3D virtual environment makes the scene management system have very strong robustness, under the scene root node are four child nodes scene node, node, node assembly cloning and equipment database node, the scene node specifically serves the rendering of three-dimensional virtual scene; the others and their child nodes is the main operation object in assembly process, constraint conditions of known and novel algorithm for transformation and transformation of these nodes based on virtual assembly, true, accurate, intelligent realization of chemical production line. On the basis of the physical model the paper establishes mining bomb exploding kinetic model and temperature diffusion model, presents a numerical solution by computer, draws out the three-dimensional dynamic map of temperature field for deflagration pressure section, and it makes important groundwork for oilfield stimulation.
