High saline water desalination processing technology has become one of the major problems that restrict the development of coal chemical industry in Ningxia region, processing and reusing the high saline water can improve sewage compliance rates in eastern Ningxia areas and water utilization efficiency, then adjust the structure of water resources utilization in Eastern Ningxia, alleviate the pressure of the water, conservation of freshwater resources and reduce the environmental pollution, improve the overall image of Energy and Chemical Base in eastern Ningxia.In this paper, through sampling testing in the three pools of Ningdong park region and mine water. Using hybrid Pi.Sigma neural network to evaluate water, determining the Ning Dong Park sewage pollution to what extent is to give the quantitative analysis and recycle sewage treatment plant and sewage after treatment in the construction of the Park, our main work as follows:(1)Built a hybrid neural network model of Pi.Sigma for water quality assessment, analyzed quantitatively the park sewage water quality, the conclusion is that the water quality type of flour sampling point such as regulating reservoir, mine water and so on is V, and water pollution of the regulating reservoir is more serious according to the pollution index calculated, the test data shows that there are generally high in pollutants of wastewater, However, due to the salinity of this wastewater(salt content) was not match the technology of the general sewage treatment plant, causing difficulties to the standard treatment of sewage. Therefore must be treated for high salinity water.(2)We would select the site of the sewage treatment plant, compare the various options, select the most appropriate site: coal chemical industry park reclaimed water plant would selected on the north side of 3 # storage convert sewage collection tank, On the west side of new chemical materials park sewage treatment plant would build reclaimed water plant, brine utilization area on the south side of Yongli village and the south side of 3 # residue field.(3)According to the selected site, comprehensive considering the various regions of elevation, lift pumping station, transmission distance, the project budget, and ultimately determine the water program: Laying to State Road 307 ~ mandarin duck Feng Road junction between the highway and to the southeast along State Road 307, through the southwest corner of State Road 307 to the intersection, then west along the south lay mandarin duck Lu Feng, after crossing the railway line Yuanyang Lake power plant, turning west along the south side of the railway into the new chemical materials in the water park. This program length of pipeline is about 11 km; the highest point of the pipeline is 1370 meters.(4)For the current problems in high saline were analyzed, for this problems we had proposed high saline treatment technology scheme: “chemical pretreatment system.ultrafiltration system.reverse osmosis technology” dealing with high saline water, 75% as water reuse, 25% to the brine zone, 25% to the utilization of brine zone, used natural drying, seaweed farming, winter making ice for further treatment and utilization, Final salt cake sent 3 # slag landfill for processing. Designed and analyzed the specific program.(5)We had analyzed the recycling program of high salt, considering the actual situation in the park, gave the specific recycling programs: drainage collection reservoir brine pool, brine desalination sub.quality grading system and reuse, high saline water desalination modulation saline and aquaculture spirulina, desertification land remediation and ecological construction.
