Coordinated propellant transport machine is the key equipment to improve the artillery firing rate. This article mainly aims at the analysis of conveying machine that is installed on the artillery trunnion coordination, And the innovative structure design. We designed a machine both capable of coordination and conveying propellant. Base on the study of various kinds of coordinated propellant transport machines. And through the system modeling,Thcoretical analysis of the key parts,simulation method of virtual machine involved in this paper, I got the application feasibility and the advantages & disadvantages of this coordinated propellant transport machine.The structural design mainly includes three parts:One is the design of four bar linkage that conveying the propellant. Second is to design a supporting arm combined with triangle steel and square steel. Maximum improves the strength of arm. And avoided the problem of bad positioning accuracy due to deformation of the arm. The third is to design a arm dummy cylinder mechanism of conveying machine. Solved the problem of The torque difference when with propellant and without propellant. Through the design of these three mechanisms, Combining with the size and parameters of turret and artillery, Eventually determine the system solution of coordinated propellant transport machine.In the theoretical analysis. There are detailed calculations for power system and speed reducer that used in the elevation coordination system、propellant transport power system、 propellant promotion power system.And a calculation of force in arm dummy cylinder mechanism is also made.At last, Through ADAMS software simulation analysis, To simulate the motion of mechanism, And the output drive force curve and verify the feasibility of coordinated propellant transport machine. By analyzing the curve of post-processing, determine the solution, provide a basis for structure improvement.
