In recent years, underground personnel positioning system has become one of the most important safety system of mine, in the coal mine complex environment, a lot of people and the locomotive can not accurately real-time positioning, this distribution management for coal mine safety production and the material of the enormous challenges. Therefore, the design of a high reliability and stability of underground logistics monitoring system, is of great significance to the mine safety and efficient use of materials and the development of..In this thesis, some problems exist underground material distribution, in-depth study of the performance characteristics of Zig Bee communication technology, according to the system functionality, performance and data features, on the basis of underground personnel positioning system, combined with the actual situation of the mine to CC2430 chip as the core using RSSI location algorithm, a research program designed underground material distribution monitoring system. The system is modular in design, the use of popular.net programming software development, using the SQL Server 2005 database, to achieve the underground locomotive positioning and material inquiries, analysis and other management functions. Aiming Xinglong Coal Mine Underground specific circumstances and management requirements, we developed a materials distribution monitoring software, through the District team, department user collaborative management to ensure safe and efficient distribution of materials underground, reducing the difficulty of coal mine material management. The software enables the following basic functions: Create Material classification, and detailed information material categories to be set; create detailed material database, set the specific details of each classification of materials; wellhead registry setting affiliation materials and material timeout Period(hours); real-time view of the current location of underground materials and membership area teams.After testing the system to achieve the underground material tracking, limit alarm and report query functions, each module has a good usability and scalability. Underground material distribution monitoring system use of information technology to effectively improve the Xinglong Coal Mine underground materials distribution accuracy, improve the utilization of underground locomotives, saving manpower and resources, enhanced information sharing, savings and consumption reduction for enterprises and production safety foundation.
