| In order to alleviate the shortage of fossil fuels today, solar energy as a clean energy for sustainable development has become a great potential alternative energy. The solar cells is an important way for people to use solar energy, and can convert the sun’s radiant energy that humans can not be directly used into electrical energy, thin film solar cells is a research hotspot today. And CZTS as absorbing layer material has the advantages of high absorption coefficient, good spectral response, high conversion efficiency, low cost, no pollution and so on.Among the so many methods of the CZTS material preparation, high-voltage electrostatic spinning technique has the simple preparation process, low cost, Styles varied, mass production and other advantages, more importantly, the diameter of the fiber can be more easily controlled, diverse morphology, the fiber diameter was prepared from the tens of nanometers to several microns. By using appropriate collector, we can also be achieved aligned fibers. This paper focuses on the effects of electrostatic spinning process conditions and annealing temperature on the micro and nano fibers, and has a characterization and poperty investigation of electrospun CZTS micro/nano fibers. The main contents of the paper are as follows:(1) We have successfully fabricated PVP nanofibers using electrostatic spinning. Compare different process conditions, we can study several important factors that can impact precursor fiber morphology and diameter: concentration of the solution(viscosity), flow rate, spinning voltage, receiving distance. And mastered the process of control and adjust the morphology and diameter of electrospun fiber.(2) We also successfully prepared an oriented growth of CZTS nanofibers via electrospinning technique. The concentration of PVP as a viscosity adjusting agent precursor solution, the inorganic salt concentration, voltage, temperature and heating rate of annealing is adjusted to achieve the morphology, the diameter and properties of the fiber controllability. The prepared nanofibers after annealing at 550 ℃and heat preservation of 2 h have the trend of oriented growth.(3) We have a characterization of CZTS micro and nano fibers that were prepared, Morphology tests show the morphology, the diameter size and the composition of the fiber; Component tests to determine the composition of fibers, its main ingredient are four kinds of ions of Cu1+, Zn2+, Sn2+, S2-; Phase analysis is to determine the micro and nano fibers that prepared indeed CZTS, and we also find crystal orientation growth trend; Tested of the optical absorption band gap value does match the sunlight; Optical response testing proved CZTS does have a good performance on photoelectric response, and suitable as a thin film solar cell absorber layer material. |
