The Development And Engineering Application Of Refinery Equipment Corrosion Protection Management System

The corrosion problem of refining enterprises, caused by crude oil inferior, has become an important reason for the unplanned shutdown, which has brought huge economic losses. In order to control corrosion problems effectively, different corrosion control and detection measures have been taken by refining enterprises, which has played a positive role in corrosion protection work. However, at present, there are always some problems about corrosion protection date management in China’s refining companies, and the whole corporate is lack of a uniform corrosion protection management system. This kind of situation led to the neglect of understanding of the corrosion status by corrosion management personnel at all and different levels comprehensively and intuitively. Therefore, the establishment of management platform which is with information technology as the core, facing corrosion management personnel at all levels in enterprise, technology-based GIS visualization and convenient statistics show, involving all aspects of oil refining equipment corrosion protection management is imperative.This paper comprehensively analyzes the present situation of refinery equipment corrosion protection issues and corrosion management, the platform function module and database are designed in detail, through a combination of the system requirement, the input information, output information and data analysis. This system uses Flex and Java development language, the MyEclipse development tools, and based on B/S mode, combines with GIS technology. By using object oriented techniques, with the Microsoft SQL Server2008 database as the background, developed this set of corrosion protection for petrochemical enterprise integrated management information platform, which consists of the file management, management and analysis of corrosion, corrosion monitoring, corrosion control management, examination management, statistics management, knowledge base management and GIS display.The refinery equipment corrosion protection system, combined with GIS, have certain innovation. While by introducing a variety of new ideas for corrosion protection management such as risk analysis, will have good application value. Through the application in a refinery, this system achieve the expected overall corrosion protection management function, and will have a great effect on informatization and systematization of refinery corrosion protection.
