| As one of enterprise management ,Numerical Control machine maintainable management needs strong professional technology. It contains very important strategy and stratagem for an enterprise to survive and win in the market competition. A management information system of machine maintenance built on the Web is introduced in this paper .The intention is to realize computational management for the information of machine maintenance ,helping managers to make right decisions.Firstly ,in this paper ,the current status of machine maintainable management for the Industrial Training Center of Hefei University of Technology is analyzed, and then aim at to Solve the existing problem, Numerical Control Machine Maintainable Management Information System is developed. In the second section, the Total development of the system is presented, After function analysis the system is divided into five modules namely equipment document management, equipment information management, spare part management, equipment maintenance information management ,system management and so on. Careful design and development for NC machine Maintenance MIS is introduced. For instance, establishing system function Model and information model. Besides, this system is designed by using C# language, and using component object model (ASP.NET) technology on system development. So, this system is a Web database that is developed on B/S module, using SQL server 2000 as the database management system. In the forth section of this paper, the fault diagnosis of machine is discussed elementarily; in this paper, building a fault diagnosis on basis of NC machine Maintenance MIS is introduced by using diagnosis technology. Besides, construction of knowledge base and design of reasoning machine is introduced. Finally, the result of the run and test for NC machine Maintenance MIS and its fault, diagnosis system is presented.Some studies in this paper have been put into practice in Industrial Training Center of Hefei University of Technology and satisfactory effect has been achieved. |
