The pumping station equipment is one of the most important equipment in mine production. Safe and efficient running of it is one of premise conditions to guarantee the normal production of coal mine. At present, the automation level of coal mine underground mining enterprises in China is not very high, mine main drainage systems still use electromagnetic starter control, water charging pump start before the suction pipe, usually adopts the method of vacuum pumping water to complete, the pump on and off and switch are completed by manual operation, control the way backward, in addition pump high voltage, large power, pump start time is long, high labor intensity, can not adapt to the modern mine management, in order to promote the underground pumping station management level and economic benefit, the microprocessor as the core of the programmable controller(PLC), to develop a system to meet the underground pumping station automation operation, so as to realize the pump room no on duty, to achieve the purpose of running pumping station automation.The control system takes PLC as the control core, the touch screen for display and operation of the main equipment, the system mainly includes the control cabinet, the sensor and the actuator part; various data collection through the sensor, using PLC to the acquisition of sensor data analysis, make a judgment to open the pump or pump stop instruction, and the instruction transfer to theactuator, so as to realize the unmanned control. For a specific application inpump control cabinet, control cabinet with PLC(S7-300) control, communications support TCP/IP protocol, to realize the seamless access to mine information network; data acquisition by the realization of programmable control box, through the monitoring data collection and drainage system, the electric valve, electricvalve, pump motor linkage control. The system design includes how to transform,signal acquisition, processing, output, and can be played on the real-time data,protection status, fault alarm status display, remote communication, and the ground dispatching center and control. At the same time, considering the various safety information, all through the control cabinet of the underground drainage monitoring system alarm, information display, report statistics for processing, and then uploaded to the mine monitoring system data system.Through the automatic transformation of pump station equipment, improve the degree of automation of the pumping station equipment, and the system has reasonable design, compact structure, monitoring data accurate, complete protection function, running is stable, reliable, convenient repair. In the long run, the degree of automation to improve drainage system pump house, can produce good results.
