As China’s coal mine production scale continues to expand, the mine electric power and other energy gradually increases, More and more production system become aging, production conditions are constantly changing, the emergence of some new high technology constantly, there are more and more problems exist in the electricity management, the traditional manual processing method is more and more do not meet the need of management, so it is very important to carry on the omni-directional monitoring system in coal mine. At present, most of power monitoring system is a single real-time monitoring for one kind of electric meter, the lack of integration with production data, and the function of statistical analysis is relatively single. We can not connect industrial real-time data with production management because of a lack of focus on the production system electricity online measurement and statistical analysis.Power system is a key system in coal mine production, Power management statistics can not only understand overall safety of the whole production system, but also has positive significance to rational resource allocation. So for mine, if with online testing and measurement, analysis and management of electricity to achieve, take a good energy saving and averting valley filling not only has good economic sense, but also has good social benefits.In this thesis, based on the production status of Xinglong Zhuang coal mine, the design and implementation of the electricity online metering analysis system, the main work of the thesis is as follows:(1) To determine the main demand of statistical management of electricity coal mine production systems, including the user’s functional requirements and system performance requirements: the efficiency of electricity production systems of the major mines in different operating conditions were analyzed, and the main production system of electricity and electricity saving control key elements were proposed.(2) Designed.a set of hardware and software architecture to meet the needs of a coal power monitoring system, including hardware composition, the basic functions of the software, the choice of the database and the network topology. Further the number of the hardware, the performance index, the distribution of software modules, the components parts and information routing were designed.(3) On the basis of the design, each module of the software were programmed with C#, the hardware were installed and the systems were integrated and tested to complete the system function realization.
