The Study On Ecological Ethics In The Process Of New Urbanization

With the progress of new type of urbanization, various eco-ethical issues become increasing manifest. During the process of Chinese economic development, urbanization plays an important role by contributing to the improvement of people’s living standard and the nation’s prosperity. It has great practical and historical significance. While with the development of social economy, the eco-ethical issues cannot meet the needs of new type of urbanization and put sands in the wheels of sustainable development of urbanization which give rise to serious consequences of social economy and production. Therefore, eco-ethical issues should draw our attention.According to contents and features of new type of urbanization and eco-ethics, the thesis gets down to the problems and obstacles of eco-ethics of new type of urbanization during the progress of urbanization by combining the theory with practice of eco-ethics. Under the influence of extensive development model of former society, Chinese urbanization shows the destruction of natural sources and eco environment. In addition, different state ofeconomy, tradition, education, and districts cause a variety ofproblems in natural resources, environment protection, andeco-ethics. Based on these situations, the thesis analyzes thereality and problems of eco-ethics construction in Yun Cheng byresearching practical conditions. As a result, the author comes toaffirm that the lack of education and cultivation of civic conscienceof ecological civilization leads to bias of eco cognition.Corresponding education and system of eco-ethics have not beenbuilt. The government-led, private-participant system as well as themanagement system have not formed, particularly the punishmentto destruction of natural resources, ecological balance andenvironment is not severe. Supervision system is not perfect. So,during the process of new type of urbanization, the laws should beobeyed strictly and eco-ethics principals should be accorded towhich means respectively the ecological justice principal, resourceconservation principal, law principal, moderation principal, andsustainable principle in details. Cultivate a better habit of civicecological civilization can help promoting the harmoniousdevelopment between man and nature; let citizens to take part inthe activities of environment protection and foster the thoughts ofprotecting ecological balance. At the same time, according to thereal situations of economic development and new type ofurbanization construction, the government-led system should bemade. The government and all levels of related departments shouldmake the overall planning especially when coming down to naturalresources and eco environment. Lead the general public to take part in the construction of new type of urbanization voluntarily andform a mode which units the nation, collective, and person toaccomplish the integration of eco-utilization, defense andsustainable development. Meanwhile, with the existed reality, anew set of supervision system, evaluation system, eco-constructionsystem should be made to help our country’s new type ofurbanization development.
