| Nomex honeycomb composite material has been widely used in the aviation, aerospace,automotive and other areas, has a series of excellent physical, chemical and mechanical properties,and plays an irreplaceable role in various fields. However, the traditional processing Nomexhoneycomb material structure appears a series of shortcomings which includes glitches, dust, hardholding, processing complex and etc. Therefore, to achieve efficient, accurate and targeted CNCpath of Nomex honeycomb core structure is a major problem by current research. But a goodsolution to these problems is coming which is ultrasonic CNC cutting technology. In this paper,CNC ultrasonic cutting path generation technology of honeycomb core structure aims to processapplications and technology development of cutting Nomex honeycomb core structure.The main contents of this paper include:1) Starting from the principle of ultrasonic machining, combined with ultrasonic processingdevices, expounds the application of the technology of CNC machining and the formation of CNCultrasonic cutting technology. Study on the difficulties of CNC machining of honeycomb corestructures in predictable, at the same time put forward the feasible solution, in order to realize theaccurate, efficient and environmental friendly CNC ultrasonic cutting and laid the foundation. Atthe same time, research on processing technique of honeycomb core structure, and the applicabilityof the ultrasonic cutting tools which include Straight knife and Disc cutter to carry on the analysis,obtained the processing method of typical honeycomb core structures.2) Through research and analysis on mechanical planning method of typical machiningtechnology of honeycomb core structure parts, and the numerical controlled ultrasonic cutting tosolve the existing problems in the outstanding advantages, then puts forward the scheme of CNCUltrasonic Cutting Technology of honeycomb core structure, and carries on the theoretical analysisand calculation of ultrasonic cutting tool path generation method of machine tool, finally have aqualitative and quantitative analysis using processing error processing theory of knowledge of CNCmachining programming possible that may occur; and put forward the machining errorcompensation mathematical model, calculate the ideal cutter location data.3) Have a development of the post processing system of CNC ultrasonic cutting, through theinterpretation of the cutter location data, according to the characteristics of CNC system and theprinciple of coordinate transformation, development for post processing program of ultrasonic cutting honeycomb material with Tcl language. To ensure the program is correct, the developmentof suitable for ultrasonic inspection of NC code and Simulation of cutting machine tool postprocessing production.4) Aimed at the general CNC software can not realize CNC ultrasonic cutting programming,then analysized the CAM software platform of UG/NX, selecting the based platform to develop.Use of GRIP and NX/Open API as development tools; developed CNC cutting path automaticallygenerated ultrasound system which include import artifacts, process settings, post-processing andsystem maintenance functional architecture of the four modules with the secondary development oftechnology. |
