Corrugated board is applied extensively in the contemporary society and life, Especially in the modern of transport circulation environment,And in the temperature and humidity of the transport have more influence on the mechanical behavior of corrugated board,thus the study of corrugated board also become a focus of research,So exploring the temperature and humidity of transport circulation environment on the mechanical behavior of corrugated board,Especially for the influence of the flat crush strength,edgewise crush resistance and conglutinated strength of corrugated cardboard is particularly important,This paper have studied the performance of corrugated board under the different conditions of temperature and humidity,the changes of the flat crush strength,edgewise crush resistance and conglutinated strength of the Three layers of UV type corrugated board,based on the Carey carter formula and combined with it,through the software programming,the software of temperature and humidity with the mechanical properties of corrugated carton.The results of the study are as follows:1)At the same temperature,with the increase of humidity the flat crush strength,edgewise crush resistance and conglutinated strength of the Three layers of UV type corrugated board gradually become smaller.In the simulation environment,at constant humidity,at different temperatures,the change of the flat crush strength of the Three layers of UV type corrugated board is larger.In each temperature of the relative humidity of 40%,the tolerance of the flat crush strength of the Three layers of UV type corrugated board is larger,the second is the relative humidity of 50%.Under different humidity,as the change of temperature,as temperatures rise, flat crush strength are increased after the first decreases.2) The change of the edgewise crush resistance is divided into two parts,when the relative humidity of 40% to 60%,between 25℃ and 30℃ in minimum,when 70% to 100%,between 25℃ and 30℃ in minimum,in this temperature range the tolerance of the edgewise crush resistance of the Three layers of UV type corrugated board is fragile,in more than 30℃,the change of the edgewise crush resistance is flatten out,wave intensity is small.3)The change of conglutinated strength is also divided into two parts, when the relative humidity from 40% to 70%,there was a minimum value at about 35 ℃,conglutinated strength fell by about 35%,the size of the decline is larger,because of the glue pasting temperature appeared at about 55℃,when the relative humidity from 80% to 100%,when the temperature below 30℃, the tolerance of the conglutinated strength of the Three layers of UV type corrugated board is the relatively low, when more than 30℃t,he conglutinated strength of the Three layers of UV type corrugated board will increase.the largest growth of around 40%.4)Using the above experimental data for mathematical modeling,and using grey relational analysis conclusion the mathematical modeling of the flat crush strength,edgewise crush resistance and conglutinated strength of the Three layers of UV type corrugated board,The function relation between the flat crush strength with the temperature and humidity:y1=9.5017-0.0006×xi2 +0.0223 x xi indicate:xi the relative humidity, xj the temperature;The function relation between the edgewise crush resistance with the temperature and humidity:y2=3.7232+0.1119×xi-0.0014 xi×xj+0.0012×xj2-0.0008×xi2 indicate:xithe relative humidity,xj the temperature;The function relation between the conglutinated strength with the temperature and humidity:y3=1.9517-0.0001× xi2 indicate:x, the relative humidity, xj the temperature;The function relation between the compressive strength of corrugated carton the temperature and humidity:BCT=3.7232+0.1119×xi-0.0014 xi×xj+0.0012×xj 2-0.0008×xj 2x(4aXz/Z) 2/3×Z xJ indicate:xi the relative humidity, xj the temperature, BCT the compressive strength of corrugated carton (lb), Z the perimeter of corrugated carton (lb),aXz the constant of corrugate,J the constant of corrugated carton. 5)On the basis of mathematical modeling,the mathematical model of the three layers of UV type corrugated board to establish the mechanical properties of software programming,using C language for software programming,It is concluded that the determination of The determination of the software of the flat crush strength、edgewise crush resistance and conglutinated strength of the Three layers of UV type corrugated board, provided the convenience for future experiments,and make the good results in the test,accord with the requirement of experiment.
