Dachang cassiterite-polymetallic sulfide ore is typical of complex refractory sulfide ore, this tailing contained tin, lead, zinc, antimony metal and sulfur, arsenic. The loss of these tailings not only a waste of resources, but also constitutes a pollution risks in the external environment of Dachang mine. Hence, the recovery of valuable elements from tailings has economic values and important significance for the sustainable development of Dachang.In order to fully recycle resources, reasonable technological process of zinc flotation tailings was designed and the experiment study on the zinc flotation tailings of Changpo concentrator. By separating the test tin concentrate grade of 49.4%, recovery 48.19%; sulfur concentrate grade of 46.46%, the recovery rate of 84.68%.Completed a small experimental study and industrial tests of arsenic-sulfur separation.The industrial test uses a combination of sodium humate and hydrogen peroxide to reduce arsenic levels in sulfur concentrate. In the Changpo concentrator of arsenic sulfide concentrator system daily processing 200 tons of scale, through the pre-commissioning, operationresults of 16 consecutive shifts indicate that the use of new technology can effectively reduce the arsenic content of sulfur concentrate, improve the value of sulfur concentrate product. Experimental results were as follows:1) Dachang cassiterite-ore containing zinc flotation tailings is the tailings contains Sn 0.38%, As2.03%, S 27.78%, the gangue minerals are mainly SiO2, followed by Fe and CaO. Recovery value of the minerals are pyrite, pyrrhotite, arsenopyrite, arsenopyrite and cassiterite, where sulfur, arsenic minerals coarser, but most exist in the fine-grained cassiterite material.2) By examining the pharmacy for the inhibitory effect of arsenic minerals showed better inhibition of arsenic minerals are mainly humic acid sodium, GZT, hydrogen peroxide, potassium permanganate, but the arsenic concentrations of sulfur concentrate are more than 1%; the hypochlorite calcium for arsenic minerals have a certain inhibitory effect; no inhibitory effect on arsenic minerals mainly ferric sulfate, ferrous sulfate. Using hydrogen peroxide solution and mixed reagent combination, the inhibitory effect of arsenic minerals than single agent with an inhibitory effect is more obvious, when the amount increased to 900g/t, the content of sulfur concentrate arsenic can be reduced to 1%.3) By using gravity-flotation -gravity process gets cassiterite wool concentrate which uses cassiterite and part of the sulfide ore recovery atthe same time, wool concentrate then conduct sulfide ore flotation, flotation tailings receive cassiterite concentrate, get a grade of 49.4% of the tin concentrate, total recovery of tin reached 48.19%.4) When no collector action, pyrite is more easily oxidized in an acidic solution of sodium hypochlorite, potassium permanganate, potassium dichromate solution; three kinds of alkaline oxidants solution all inhibit the oxidation of arsenopyrite; acidic potassium permanganate and potassium dichromate inhibit the oxidation of arsenopyrite, and acidic sodium hypochlorite promote the oxidation of arsenopyrite. Under the conditions of existence of xanthate, with the increase of four kinds of concentration of oxidant, the peak area of pyrite electrode are dropped substantially, indicating generated dixanthogen suppressed.5) Through continuous industrial test, results showed that under the condition of without changing the other pesticides, the use of humic acid and hydrogen peroxide in combination inhibit arsenic mineral, arsenic mineral can be well suppressed, under the conditions of the sulfur in the ore grade is 28.26%,2.05% of arsenic, obtained the sulfur concentrate in the grade of 46.46%,0.88% arsenic, a recovery of 84.68%.
