Serpentine- talc type copper polymetallic sulfide ore is the most difficult ore of dongguashan eight processing type of ores, this article studies on serpentine, talc and other silicate minerals flotation behavior of sulfide copper mineral separation system and the actual type ore, the study not only has great practical significance to the mining of this type ore, but also to related theoretical study has a certain guiding role.This paper made a careful study on the technological mineralogy of ore, studying the mineral composition of the ore, the main metal mineral characteristics and particle size distribution of disseminated and dissociation characteristic;carrying out theoretical research about chalcopyrite, serpentine and talc mineral, Process mineralogy research shows that: for copper mineral ores chalcopyrite is the main ores, followed by copper, pyrite content are mainly pyrite, pyrrhotite, iron metal minerals are mainly magnetite, gangue minerals are mainly talc and serpentine layered silicate.Objective mineral chalcopyrite disseminated extent is fine, to-0.074 mm graded monomer dissociation degree is low, the ink copper monomer dissociation degree lowest.Studying the single mineral flotation behavior and inhibitors influence on single and mixed ore flotation behavior;for the actual ore, single mineral experiments showed that p H has low impact on single mineral flotation behavior, CMC has good inhibition to the talc, and combining with sodium hexametaphosphate has better effect.Making condition experiments and comprehensive open circuit and closed circuit experiment on the preferred process and the improved priority and mixed floating process and stage grinding stage elected process, and the removal of clay mineral in advance bubble was treated separately.Preferential flotation process ultimately get copper concentrate which achieve the grade of copper 20.38%, of copper recovery rate 74.17%, mixed floating process priority get copper concentrate which achieve the grade of copper 17.98%, copper recovery of 76.18%, stage grinding process which can reach the grade of copper 18.96%, copper recovery of 79.26%, comparing the results, we found that grinding phase choice of optimal test results.For the recycling of copper mineral in advance out of the mud, we obtained the grade of copper 7.52%, copper recovery rate 74.92% copper concentrate by application of single mineral experiment.Product identification of flotation operation showed that foam products main gangue is talc, concentrate products containing a small amount of talc and serpentine clay were brought into, tailings product mainly is difficult dissociative ink copper, serpentine contents higher in tailings.
