Coal mining geological environmental damage is very serious, and, in recent years, with the rapid development of the national economy, need a lot of construction land, the contradictions between man and land, people and the environment is very prominent. Therefore, this paper takes Huaibei mining subsidence governance as the background, to explore the regularity and control method of goaf subsidence. The main research contents are as follows:By comparison of the Huaibei three mining results, the mining subsidence rate is larger, belongs to coal mining under thick loose layer of loose layer of surface movement, will expand the scope of surface subsidence caused, increased, so in the loose layer is thicker local subsidence rate is more.For the first time on five ditch coal mine 1013 working face similarity material simulation experiment, coal seam excavation subsidence rate observed, sinking and surface movement evolution. And compared with the measured results verify the accuracy of the experiment.By using the software of FLAC3 D surface on five ditch coal mine 1013 working face moving was simulated, and the 1013 working face of the measured results verify the accuracy and feasibility of the numerical simulation. On the basis of the design of mining depth 150 m, 200 m, 250 m, 300 m, 350 m, 400 m, 450 m, 500 m, mining width of the numerical model of 100 m, 150 m, 200 m, 250 m, 300 m, 400 m, 500 m, 600 m, the mining depth and mining degree studies the effects of the law of surface subsidence the. To study effect of inclined coal seam dip angle on the surface movement regularity, and design the mining model coal seam dip angle is 0 °, 10 °, 20 °, 30 °.Analysis results show that: the level of coal mining maximum ground subsidence in goaf at the middle position, the surface subsidence curve of goaf central symmetry distribution; horizontal displacement curve about the middle of goaf is anti symmetric, the maximum horizontal move on both sides are near the open off cut and coal wall. The maximum subsidence of ground surface and the maximum horizontal movement value is not fully in the mining of increased with the increasing exploitation of broadband, achieve full mining no longer increases, the sinking basin appear flat, surface subsidence curve in the goaf central nearly does not move section. The surface subsidence rate increases with the increase of the ratio of width to depth, began increasing more quickly, then the growth rate decreases, and finally achieve full mining subsidence rate did not change after. Horizontal displacement rate increases with the increase of the ratio of width to depth, began increasing more quickly, then the growth rate is gradually reduced, there will be a small amplitude wave reached maximum, full mining then tends to be stable.The same mining width, the maximum ground subsidence value and the maximum horizontal movement value decreases with the increase of mining depth, the mining depth played a buffer role of ground horizontal movement. With mining depth decreases with the nearly linear relationship of surface subsidence in mining, to achieve full after the maximum subsidence is linear relationship with the mining depth is the most obvious. Horizontal displacement with the decreased mining depth increase, but some point fluctuations, to achieve full recovery of maximum horizontal moving after the value increases with the depth of mining and decreases, and the decrease speed slowly. With the mining depth increasing, reaching full mining of the mining width increases, reaching full mining depth to width ratio is about 2.5. Increasing the mining boundary from the mining boundary level of air distance with the mining depth increasing, showed a nearly linear distribution. Boundary angle of surface movement with mining depth increase, reaching the maximum value at 350 m 47.8 °.With the increase of dip angle of coal seam, mining width under the same maximum subsidence of ground surface and the maximum horizontal displacement values decrease. The maximum subsidence gradually deviate from the mining area moves to the direction of the central air, subsidence curve has no symmetry; the maximum horizontal movement in downhill than uphill direction decreases quickly, horizontal movement curve is no longer the anti symmetry. Cut the eye moving boundary angle and moving boundary angle with the coal seam obliquity increases, both approximate linear growth, and quickly cut hole moving boundary angle growth. Coal wall moving boundary angle than the other two boundary angle should be small, but no significant relationship and the dip angle of coal seam.
