| Grinding compared to other processing methods with high complexity and high temperature in grinding zone, when the temperature reaches a certain value, will be easy to cause the grinding burn. Effective Cooling method can reduce the temperature in the grinding zone, avoid thermal deformation of the workpiece and the grinding burn.Analysis the temperature distribution in the grinding zone first can provide a strong basis for the design of cooling system. The workpiece grinding different, the highest temperature of the grinding zone generated value is different. Severity for different problems and things need to take the different and effective cooling measures. However, unlike ordinary periphery plane grinding, lathe tool grinding belongs to the side surface grinding, which need to establish a new heat transfer model. For the flank of twist drill surface, it’s rear face is curved surface but formed with line contact, so to simplify the grinding model can be analyzed the temperature distribution of grinding process.In this thesis, the research of grinding temperature field under different cooling condition about turning tool and twist drill grinding, based on that the design of the system diagram of the cooling system are gained. The main contents include:(1) End surface grinding mathematical model established is suitable for turning tool, Through analysis the grinding parameters of the inner cone grinding method of twist drill, a simplified analysis model is established and the mathematical model on inner cone grinding method of grinding twist drill is obtained.(2) Analysis method for calculating the temperature in the grinding zone and reference finite element analysis theories, established the finite element model of grinding tools and Hemp flowers drill.(3) The boundary conditions of grinding tool are calculated. Take local mesh refinement method to improve the accuracy of calculation. ANSYS simulation analysis of temperature field for grinding tool is programmed, the grinding temperature field distribution of turning tool under different cooling conditions were obtained. Analysis the grinding zone temperature field distribution rule in different cooling conditions, then the best way to let turning tool cool is minimum quantity lubrication method.(4) The boundary conditions of grinding twist tool are calculated. The APDL program is designed for analysis. The simulation results show that: Using the inner cone grinding method with twist drill grinding the highest temperature reach to more than one thousand degree. Then must take effective measures to prevent the cooling grinding burn, through the simulation on different cooling condition analysis about twist drill grinding obtains the best cooling method for twist drill grinding is minimum quantity lubrication method.(5) Aerosol MQL cooling system is designed. Select the form of effervescent atomization and MQL process parameters. Calculate the main components parameters of the system give reference for purchasing equipment. |
