This study is in order to the earth system science theory as the instruction, with land use/land cover, coordination theory, sustainable development theory as the basis. Processing the space remote sensing data on the Jungar banner in Inner Mongolia of 2000, 2005,2010 and 2013 and extracting the basis of land use changed data on four hours by way of man-machine dialogue. With the spatial analysis function of GIS the spatial analysis, information entropy and principal component analysis, the ecosystem services value model, generating various thematic map and analyzing the time and space change rule of land use dynamic change. On this basis, with the aid of SPSS statistical software and the combination of field survey and weather climate, social and economic statistical data, carried on the comprehensive research systematically on driving factors of land use change and ecological environment.Research conclusions are as follows:(1) The land use structure is without big changes in Jungar banner from 2000-2013. Forest land, cultivated land has been the three main land use types; other land area is the smallest proportion. Among them, the forest land area and construction land area were significantly increased and cultivated land, sand, grassland, water area and land for water facilities and other all showed a trend of gradually reduce, but the information entropy of land use structure showed a trend of gradual decline. This show that the uniformity on the spatial distribution of land use type is on the decline and the degree of order of land use type area is on the rise.(2) Single land use dynamic degree shows that study period Jungar banner fastest changing rate of cultivated land, forest land and construction land, sand and other land use changes fast, grass and water is relatively slow speed of change. The comprehensive land use dynamic degree showed that land use change rate is relatively stable, the land use degree increases gradually in the study area because of forest land and construction land area gradually expanded.(3) Mutual transformation between cultivated land, woodland and grassland on the largest contribution to the total transfer, but they convert area of woodland area increased, farmland and grassland area is decreasing. Transferred out of the cultivated land quantity in three stages in the first place, forest lands are the main class, its roll-out of the cultivated land and construction land into the biggest contribution. Sand area is reduced, the main conversion to forest and grassland, suggests that the land use ways to better development.(4) Jungar banner on the whole ecosystem services value is on the rise. Changes in land use types on ecosystem services value in "the trend of increasing four minus two", forest land, land for urban and rural residents of industrial ecosystem services value showed a trend of increase, and the cultivated land, grassland, water area, sand ecosystem services value showed a trend of decrease.(5) Grassland, arable land use area, reduce the correlated positively with the total ecosystem service value, the correlation coefficient respectively 0.986,0.984, grassland, arable land use area reduction, most of the conversion to forest, woodland unit area ecosystem service value is high, and the total value of ecosystem services was positively related to correlation coefficient 0.999.(6) The increase in population increase of infrastructure, and cultivated land is occupied largely. Planting proportion declining economic development, animal husbandry and forestry proportion rises year by year. The change of industrial structure, resulting in a large number of cultivated land into land for construction purposes. The progress of agricultural science and technology, increasing productivity. Therefore, the biggest influence factors as population economy, industry, agriculture, science and technology.
