| The Speckle measurement of laser is a new measurement in the field of engineering measurement. The research of high-speed cutting mechanism during the application for cutter deflection, this method of measurement is not enough mature.With the development of technology,the accuracy has reached 0.01 pixel with the improvement of hardware performance and the optimization of the algorithm.there are advantages of non-contaction, high precision and full-field, which has brought convenience for measurement applications, this brings a great convenience for the measurement of deformation.Firstly, the method of measurement device designing during the experiment of speckle measurement was described. Creating the data acquisition system for high-speed image based on FPGA. The measuring device rely on the double pulse laser, put the high-speed industrial CCD, Hall sensors, FPGA connection with PC, completed the collection of surface of milling cutter’s speckle image in high-speed cutting mechanism.Secondly, the design work on the speckle image processing software was introduced in this paper. According to the basic principles of digital speckle, the process of solving the sub-pixel by gradient method was described. And COM component used in speckle measurement was generated by VC6.0 and MATLAB mixed programming. Furthermore, strain and stress distribution after deformation of objects were obtained by two deformed speckle pattern of loading objects. In addition, according to the theory of finite element simulation, analog simulation of face milling cutter cutting intermittently was completed by AdvantaEdge, which got parameters environmental factors on the tool deformation and the key parts prone to breakage under the cutting process.Finally, the measuring experiment on laser digital speckle of milling cutter deformation under high-speed intermittent cutting was completed in large CNC machining centers. And in the experiment speckle image was obtained by changing the spindle speed and feed rate. Taking the speckle image into the software, acquired the surface of milling cutter’s strain and stress distribution. |
