| Speckle measure technology is an improtant embranchment of moderu optics measure,because it has many advantages,such as:non-contact,high respose speed,lowenvironment factors requirement,speckle measure includes speckle photography,speckle interferometry and shearing speckle interferometry,this tenchonology can be used to measure the in-plane and out-plane displacement,and aslo the derivative of it.This article is mainly composed of three parts:conclude the measure thechnology and instrument development survey,analyses the statistics theory of speckle,speckle photography and speckle interferometry,shearing speckle interferometry.The basic theroy of digital speckle interferometry is represented,and applied in the measurement of in-plane and out-plane displacement fileds of tyre indefects.In the five section,a instrument of spekle shearing interferometry using in trye indefects be designed.At last,according to the picture accqured in experiment,plan the next stage of work,aslo will simulate the environment of industry using,such as:vibration and noise. |
