In recent years, our country is becoming more difficult exploitation of oil energy. In order to meet the economic development needs for energy, oil EOR become a closely watched research subject. Exploitation of oil has gone through three stages of development, primary recovery, secondary oil recovery and tertiary oil recovery. Currently, most of the oil fields have been entered into tertiary oil recovery stages, namely by adding chemicals to improve oil recovery. Surfactant / polymer / alkali, ASP flooding is one of the recent development of tertiary oil recovery technology. Several oil blocks takes experiments of ASP flooding in Daqing oilfield, it received good results, and becomed effective protection of oilfields forty million tons. However, due to technical limitations, as well as the high cost of surfactants reasons, resulting the application development of ASP flooding progresses slowly. Using alkali type distribution system of ASP flooding pilot test has damaged to the pipeline and water quality, and it has been more and more attention. Therefore, the development of new production technologies, making the weak base ASP flooding with good performance and low-cost to become an effective way to expand the current scope of application. In this paper, different industrial materials synthesized of different petroleum carboxylate surfactant, the system of petroleum carboxylate and heavy alkyl benzene sulfonate, surfactant / polymer / weak alkali ASP flooding has been systematically studied by emulsifying properties, stability, viscosity and alkalinity range.The paper primarily includes three aspects.The first chapter Overviewes the application of surfactant in tertiary oil recovery and current situation of the Asp flooding weak alkaline.The second chapter introduces the synthesis which take the Daqing crude fraction oil as the law material and use the air liquid-phase oxidation to produce petroleum carboxylate; and it examines the impact of raw material properties and reaction temperature on the extent of the reaction and nature of the product, it also produces expect raw material indicators of petroleum carboxylates.The third chapter studies the synergistic effect of the petroleum carboxylate and heavy alkyl benzene sulfonate of surfactant system under alkalescent condition with constant polymer concentration. The research results show that it has both good compatibility and good interfical activity when formation water salinity and polymer exist, and in a wide range of surfactant and weak alkyli concentration witn different proportion all can formate of ultra-low interfical tension system with Daqing crude oil; the results of the viscosity of combined system, emulsifying properties and stability of the combined systems indicate the viscosity of weak base distribution system decreases with temperature rise, increases with surfactant concentration increases, and decreases with the increase concentration of alkyli increase. Emulsifying properties and stability of the region of low surfactant concentration and low alkyli concentration were better than the higher region. Berea core displacement experiment results show that the distribution system can increase Daqing crude oil recovery by more than 25% on average. This study has a great significant on the design of ASP flooding weak alkaline system.
