The paper focused on the study of surfactant, which was synthesized through using heavy alkyl benzene manufactured by FUSHUN chemicals plant. Firstly, the process adopted distillation method to refine the products. Parameters of film heavy alkyl benzene process were optimized through orthogonal experimental design, in which there involved three factors (gas concentration, ratio of acid to hydrocarbon, and the aging temperature) and three-level factorials. (saponification value, neutralization value and inorganic salt concentration) Scientifically rational sulfonation process was achieved. Through the process of sulfonation, aging, hydrolization, neutralization and complex formulation of alky benzene, heavy alkyl benzene sulphonate products with stable property were attained. After the comprehensive evaluation of the surfactant, it was indicated that within the scope of relatively wide active agents concentration (0.05~0.3wt%) and alkaline concentrateion (0.6~1.2wt%) this product exhibited relatively high ultra-low-interfacial tension, strong stability and long-time viscosity stability in ASP flooding systems; its performances in absorption, retention and emulsification were comparable with ORS-41; being able to form complexes with polymers, this product can increase the viscosity of polymer solutions. By optimizing the formula and the way of injection, the product laboratory flooding experiment can increase original oil in place (OOIP)by 20% more than water flooding on nature core. Aiming at the oil-water condition in major reservoirs of Daqing oilfield, study on the effect of single heavy alkyl benzene surfactant and complex formulation surfactant upon the performance of ASP flooding system was investigated. As well the mechanism was analyzed. The result showed that the complex formulation surfactant based ASP flooding system has more remarkable oil incremental effect than the single based system with 1.46% increase in recovery efficiency.(volume percentage)...
