Matcha and Red bean all contain abundant nutrients.Se-enriched Matcha and Se-enriched Red bean are crops were planted in natural selenium-rich soil which rich in organic selenium.This paper aims at develop selenium-rich matcha Cosmetics and Se-enriched Red bean food,including red bean and matcha nutrients, antitumor activity, detoxification lead efficacy, selenium-rich tea mask formula, stability,selenium-rich red bean baking food sensory quality and other aspects.Main results are as follows:Comprehensive comparison of selenium-rich matcha(selenium-rich tent shading matcha,selenium-rich mesh shading matcha,selenium-rich not shading tea powder),ordinary matcha(tent shading matcha, not shading tea powder),instant tea,tea polyphenols, EGCG,selenium-rich tea polysaccharidein(The low dose group,The middle dose group,The high dose group),selenium-rich tea protein(The low dose group,The middle dose group,The high dose group),inorganic selenium,organic selenium by the anti tumor experiment in vivo.The experimental results show that all samples above have anti-tumor activity,the thymus index and spleen index were significantly increased compared with the control group,at the same time selenium-rich tea polysaccharidein of low, middle and high dose group results show that its antitumor activity in a dose- dependent manner.The experimental results show that both the tea itself, or the active components extracted from tea have some anti-tumor, enhance immune activity.The study found that the best formula of selenium-rich matcha mask is hyaluronic acid 2ml,trehalose 1.00 g,glycerol 5ml,ethanol 2ml,Se-enriched matcha4.0g,Pearl powder 2g,Vitamin E1.25 ml, sterile water 6.5ml, tea polyphenols 0.5g,vitamin C 0.5g. The drying time of the mask was 13-18 min,the p H value was6.65,heat, cold, centrifugal experiments showed that the mask is stable, but under the condition of light the mask has discoloration problems that needs to be further improved.The content of several different nutrients containing Protein, fat,ash,mineral elements and so on in high selenium red bean XZQ,Se-enriched red bean SJJ,common red bean were measured,and two harmful elements(Pb,Cd) were also determinated.it was found that there were no significant differences in nutritional content of different kind of red bean.Research selenium-rich red bean efficacy, we found that high-selenium red bean XZQ(The low dose group),Se-enriched red bean SJJ(The low dose group),common red bean YC(The low dose group),common red bean YC(The high dose group),selenium-rich red bean protein,common red bean protein all have good bowel movement function.Faeces water content is:common red bean YC(The high dose group)>common red bean YC(The low dose group)>selenium-rich red bean protein>high-selenium red bean XZQ(The high dose group) = high-selenium red bean XZQ(The low dose group)>common red bean protein>Se-enriched red bean SJJ(The low dose group).The lead-excreting result show that: inorganic selenium,organic selenium,selenium-rich red bean,high selenium red bean,Selenium-rich red bean protein all can raise the selenium content in the blood of animals.The blood lead levels determination results of each mice group showed that:ordinary red bean protein,and the selenium-rich red bean protein all can reduce lead levels in the blood of the mice, and the effect of selenium-rich red bean protein is better than that of ordinary red bean protein.
