| Today,eutrophication of water body is an important topic.The situation of water pollution is extremely serious.eutrophication not only influence the appearance, but also to human drinking.This study using photosynthetic bacteria as a tools, in order to using photosynthetic bacteria absorb sunlight as an energy source for reproductive to achieve the purpose of processing eutrophication of water bodies.experiments mainly explores the photosynthetic bacteria’s degrade for eutrophication of water bodies, and environmental factors on photosynthetic bacteria efficiency, and have a comprehensive evaluation on the ability of nitrogen and phosphorus removal. first of all,go to separation and purification of photosynthetic bacteria which the absorbance is 1.5,it shows that the number of living bacteria achieved 3.0 x 1010/ml.second, collecting water samples from the natural water bodies,and TN and TP of the water samples were exceed the standards,it is concluded that this water have excess eutrophication of water bodies.Again,the study of the growth characteristic of this kind of photosynthetic bacteria, including the growth curve and the study of the p H of the environment; fourth, through orthogonal experiment,it is concluded that the factors for the treatment efficiency of photosynthetic bacteria,the most affected by temperature,the seceond is p H,add quantity is the last; Finally,research for the effect on Microcystis aeruginosa.The conclusion through the experiment:1)got a kind of photosynthetic bacteria; 2) removal rate of TN and TP were 65% and 33%;3) photosynthetic bacteria degradation of TN is the most suitable condition is 25 ℃,0.1% amount and p H 6.5,degradation of the TP conditions of total phosphorus is 20 ℃, 0.1% amount and p H is 7.0; 4) have obvious inhibition effect for Microcystis aeruginosa. |
