Manganese is an important material basis in the national economy and national one of the important strategic resources. Manganese production process generally is that the manganese ore concentrate is dissolved with sulfuric acid, after through a series of chemical removing impurity and purification, the electrolytic preparation of manganese sulfate-ammonium sulfate mixed solution. Manganese metal is precipitated in cathode, oxygen is released the anode, at the same time, the sulfuric acid is formed in electrolyte. Chlorine is a harmful element in the wet manganese electrolysis production,competes for releasing from the anode with the O of the H2O in the system.In this thesis,the high content of chlorine ion in rhodochrosite concentrate for the southern xinjiang region in our country,by selecting the best dechlorination agents and eluent method,we developed optimum conditions, after washing mineral powder, mineral powder of chlorine can be reduced to below 0.1% and reduced chloride ion content to 1.0g/L or less after dechlorination process. Rhodochrosite powder of Elution of chloride ion, after dissolved sulfate, removed impurity such as process, has reached the requirement of electrolytic manganese. In addition, in view of the already concentration has a high concentration of chloride ion of manganese sulfate electrolyte, studied with the method of cuprous oxide in addition to the hydrogen chloride, basicly does not change the existing in the premise of manganese sulfate electrolyte composition, can quickly and effectively make containing chloride ion reduced to less than l.Og/L. Filtered cuprous chloride precipitation after transformation regeneration by sodium hydroxide can be recycled.Ionic liquids have been widely used in many fields of organic synthesis, catalysis, and other functional materials preparation; By synthesis of PVC-NmimCl ionic liquids, we studied in detail of their properties. Specific research and conclusionss include the following:by N-methylimidazole with PVC synthesized polymeric ionic liquids N-methylimidazole grafted PVC (PVC-NmimCl).Infrared spectroscopy,and SEM analysis and elemental analysis were used to characterize the structure of the product, and used to manganese dechlorination electrolyte purification, cuprous chloride and hydrogen cuprous oxide slag washing liquid enrichment of trace copper ions in the recycling applications. The results showed that the polymer ligand PVC-NmimCl has significant value in the separation and enrichment of recycling of Cu.
