Welding Technology Management Research Of Nuclear Equipment

The technology management research of nuclear equipment welding has been discussed in the article viewed from an overall contract of nuclear project. The deep research has been executed in four aspects, the comparison of the international welding criterion; the documents management of the welding technology; the quality control, the acceptance checking and the experience feedback of the equipment welding management. First, the difference between the criterion RCC-M and ASME has been pointed out, it will be referenced for the international procurement and localization of the equipment for china international nuclear project. Second,according to the nuclear equipment welding practice, the problem of the welding technology and record documents has been pointed out. So the welding outline and management procedure should be compiled and executed to approve the welding technology document in the core of overall contract. Third, with the developing of the supervision checking list, the key inspection points of the equipment welding quality have been managed as the mesh. Meanwhile, with the processing management and supervision of the welding technology, the processing controlling and the execution supervising of the welding project has been strengthened. The welding quality system has been built successfully. Fourth, with the information technology being used, the welding experience feedback has been built, and also the nuclear equipment welding feedback system has been built. Meanwhile with the information ways increasing, and the interface and exchange function of the information being strengthened, the input and output ratio of the feedback information has been promoted. The welding feedback management system also has been enhanced. All of that will be beneficial for the evaluating and using of the coming feedback information. It also will be beneficial for the contract planning and risk managing.The result of the article will be useful for the purchasing and supervising of the welding technology management.
