| The supersonic separator is a new type of gas separation processing equipment, it has many excellent characteristics, simple system, without adding chemical agents, no power devices and so on. But the research theory is`t mature at present in the domestic, the separator doesn`t have the capacity of commercial application. This paper designed a set of experimenting assembled adjustable supersonic separator, and by using the method of numerical simulation to analysis the effects of the separator structure parameters on the flow field. The separator is the core part of testing system for laboratory.Based on the existing literature, considering the convenience for study the impact of structural dimension, the separator structure using a combination of adjustable nozzle design, set the nozzle as three kinds of degrees entrance angle, each entrance point of throat diameter are set small middle large respectively. Separation wing designed for sliding isolation structure section, considering the sealing problem, separating the installation position of wing with 5 adjustable structure, the separation wing angle can be adjusted. The length change of the diffuser is adding a set of ring block. There are a variety of structures can be formed by combination adjustable structure, in order to facilitate the experimental study.The numerica simulation of the separator through the Fluent software, selection the Density-based model,using the ideal-gas as the medium,set the middle parameters structureas the basic model. The simulation results show that, the model has the capacity of getting low temperature refrigeration and can produce the effect of hydrocyclone separation. Based on the basic model, different inlet angle and throat size and separation wing mounting location modeling analysis. Conclusions are as follows:(1) Other size remains the same, the smaller of the throat, the greater pressure drop, the lower of the minimum temperature,and the higher of maxmum speed, but at the same time, the flow field uniformity,the length of low temperature region become shorter. So when the design values shoulds not be too biased.(2) Other size remains the same,the smaller of the entrance angle, the pressure drop is more heavily, the higher of the maxmium speed, the lower of the minmium temperature, but the uniformity of flow field,,the length of low temperature region become shorter.The choice of the entry angle is a comprehensive analysis.(3) The separation wing position directly affects the appears location of the shock wave, the other size is changeless, the separation wing position near the entrance, the uniformity of flow field become better, the longer of the supersonic low temperature area. Accordingly, the low temperature extremum is poorer, the flow speed of extremum is smaller. The location of the shock wave appears more close to the export zones, the smaller impact on flow field of shock wave. So when determining separation wing installation position, the choice is more close to the entrance to the installation area, can get a better flow field characteristics.On the research of the assembly adjustable supersonic separator test platform, selection the experiment operating parameters of the inlet fluid concentration Ci pressure ratio of Pr,and the evaluation of the performance parameters of the separation efficiency Et and temperature drop DT,providing the corresponding computing metering methods;Analysising and planning the experimental equipment installation; Researching measure method of the flow rate,temperature, pressure, and do the job which is the selection instrument of key parts, and the calculate method of the throat velocity; provideing a kind of experimental scheme and the key experiment steps; Finally, hypothesis and prediction on the expected effect of the experiment and the problems to be solved. |
