| In the process of development and exploitation in oil field, compared to the common slant well technique, the construction investment of cluster wells spacing scheme is much less, as well as less damage to the earth surface. It can not only reduce the construction investment and operation cost, but also effectively protect environment. So cluster wells technology has become one of the hot technology in oil field. This technology has been no longer limited to the area application of environmental factors, but extended to the optimization of investment field with low productivity and low efficiency. So, the urgent problem now to be solved is that how many ground platforms we need, how many slant wells to be set in one platform and the center well of platforms to be set in which positions should be studied to ensure optimal operation of oil field development.This thesis mainly focuses on the optimization problem of oil field construction and the research on the effects on the total investment of oil field construction, such as drilling, ground construction, operation and so on, when applying cluster wells technology to develop the whole monolithic block. The main research content includes the following aspects:1. According to the drilling and well completion cost optimization problem, mathematical programming model of the cost of drilling and well completion system is established. The established model is considered under the premise of environmental factors such as ground conditions, geographic location, and so on. The positions of drilling platforms is obtained through the optimization solution, which not only meets the requirements of safe drilling construction site, but also greatly reduce the comprehensive cost of drilling and well completion system.2. Aiming at the optimization problem of oil field ground construction costs, the oilfield ground construction cost model is established. Oil field ground system is the complex multi-stage network system which is composed of many oil (water) (valve) between groups of stations, water injections, injection wells, and the connection of the pipe network, roads and power line. Given the quantity, location and gathering pipeline connected of the cluster wells platform, Research on the relationships of the oil wells in the system between the platform, the platform between the valve group, and the valve group between the oil transfer station has been done, and the position has been optimized. As a result, the cost of oilfield ground construction is reduced.3. In view of minimum total investment of oil field construction, the optimized, mathematical programming model of cluster wells platform location is established, as well as the minimum function of the total investment in the oil field construction (drilling and completion cost+production engineering cost+ground engineering construction cost+operation cost). Then, the optimum position of the platform is obtained through the optimal solution. The cluster wells platform optimization analysis software is developed and the effectiveness of the established model had been proved in the practical field.Finally, the thesis provides a summary and outlook. |
