The application of cellulase on the textile wet treatment processing is the most widely and successfully technology of textile industry in recent years. The main function of cellulase is to remove the pill on the fabric surface, after the biopolishing process, the hand feeling and glossiness of the cotton fabric are all improved, and the comfort ability and sense of beauty of the cloth are also promoted in a certain degree, at the same time. It plays an important role of the sulfur dyes dyed fabric in the textile produce and trade industry, while compare with other kinds of dyes, during the biopolishing process, larger amount of cellulase used and worse result received, activity of the cellulase is decreased and shows a weaken hydrolysis ability to the cotton fabric dyed with sulfur dyes. However the existing mechanism and enzyme activity data can not accurately reflect the actual effect of the cellulase when used in the biopolishing process of dyed fabric, there has no guiding function to the practice production.The paper select sulfur dyes dyed fabric as the substrate of the cellulase enzymatic hydrolysis, through the study of amino acid components of cellulase to analyze the cellulase properties. At the same time, the effect of dyes, reductant used during the dye process and other factors on the cellulase activity are all explored, by determining the cellulase activity, physical and mechanical properties, hairiness removal percentage of the treated fabric, moreover, the protein adsorption on the fabric and glucose in the residue are also measure to assess the influence of the factors on the cellulase hydrolysis function.In order to explore the reason of cellulase being inhibited further, different kinds of sulfur containing compounds with various sulfur valences are chosen as additives, measure the different indicators of the treated fabric, the results show that sodium sulfite and sodium thiocyanate significant improve the activity of the cellulase and treatment effect of the cellulase on fabric.In the paper, under different circumstance of temperature and time, sulfur black dyed cotton fabric is treated with different concentration of cellulase. Through the measurement and analysis of the fabric weight loss, the Michaelis constant Km and regression equation of the maximum reaction rate Vmax are obtained, these provide the biopolishing treatment of sulfur dyes dyed cotton fabric with theoretical guidance and technical support. Results show that the preexisting sulfur dyes on the fabric promote the adsorption of the cellulase on the dyed fabric, while the function of the enzyme is inhabited in a large degree. The Michaelis constant of dyed fabric has close value to that of undyed fabric, but the maximum reaction rate of undyed fabric is about 10 times to the value of dyed fabric.
