In the belt conveyor, roller has been called "heart". However there are all kinds of problems has been found, For example: Ceramic rollers were easily damaged, molding process is relatively complex and produce a lot of dust pollution in the air. Metal roller poor wear resistance, prone to glitches damage conveyors. Mechanical properties of the plastic roller were poor. These factors limit the application of roller. The paper selection polyamide 6 resin as the matrix material, because it has good wear resistance, excellent mechanical strength and good self-lubricating properties. Based on the previous experimental analysis of our group and comprehensive practical applications of roller, Using waste rubber powder and POE-g-MAH as a modifier, For PA6 polymer matrix composite wear-resistant formulation design, performance analysis for the relevant discussion. The main works are as follows:Firstly, Using different number(40 mesh,60 mesh,80 mesh) and different contents wasted rubber powder on toughening PA6 composites, It was found that: When the waste rubber powder to 5% of the time, the impact strength of the composites reaches the maximum, Add 40 mesh, 60 mesh, 80 mesh rubber powder composites waste its impact strength increased by approximately 20.5%, 40.9%, 53.8%; Elongation at break were increased by about 56%, 64%, 84%.The viscosity of the system continue to be declined, with the content of the waste rubber powder was added from the experimental data.The melting,crystallization temperature, the thermal stability were declined from the DSC, TGA.Due to the limited extent of Wasted rubber powder used toughened system cannot meet the performance requirements.Using POE-g-MAH/Wasted rubber powder on the system for toughening, Proportions of different quality performance POE-g-MAH/waste rubber powder, By mechanical performance analysis, to determine the best ratio of POE-g-MAH: waste rubber powder = 6: 4.In order to better examine the properties of the composite which the toughening modifier content on PA6 polymer matrix composite wear-resistant, Utilizing the best ratio of toughening modification PA6.It was found that: When toughening mass fraction of 10%,The impact strength by 6.3k J/m2 increased to 8.0 k J/m2, The elongation at break increased from 22.1% to 33.2%, The tensile strength decreased from 77.2MPa to 59.4MPa, The flexural strength decreased from 90.4MPa to 60.9MPa, When the composite toughening of the mass fraction of 10%. The DSC, XRD and TGA results show that the toughening agent was added to improve the crystallization rate PA6 matrix, but the degree of crystallinity, crystal structure integrity and heat resistance decreases.Finally, The effects of toughening content on PA6 Composites were study. The impact strength by 5.1k J/m2 increased to 18.1 k J/m2, The elongation at break increased from 6.3% to 19.4%, The tensile strength decreased from 85.6MPa to70.2MPa, The flexural strength decreased from 130.2MPa to 90.9MPa, When the composite toughening of the mass fraction of 15%. The DSC and TGA results showed that the melting point, the thermal stability of the composites had be declined, the crystallization temperature had be risen.
