| This paper is about a type of chain eggs beater which is in reverse design study, mainly do the job as follow:In the first place, we carry out tests about the time how long egg residue within the eggshell and eggshell suspend and Haugh unit relationship. The test results show that:(1) In the static state, before egg shells which are opened by egg beater suspended 0.8s,egg residues within the egg shell are unstable, after 1s they are basically stable, 97.9 percent egg has gone out of egg shell at 1.4s, there is only 2.1% residue, egg residues within the egg shell have small changes in the subsequent time, determining the optimum suspended eggshell time as 1.4 s in the studies and confirming egg beater operating speed according to this;(2) In the case of egg shell suspended 1.4s, eggs in different Haugh units, egg residues within the egg shell change significantly(P=0.03<0.05), the trend is that they decrease with the decreasing Haugh units, taking the eligibility criteria for eggs into account and determining the best egg Haugh unit as 57.5-60, then accordingly egg stock time is defined.Secondly, we have given maps about chain eggs beater, on the basis of understanding how it works, finishing 2D cad drawings and accomplishing three-dimensional cad modeling, giving the calculation of its key parts(whisk axis 1, egg se parator axis 1, etc) concludes stress analysis, strength, stiffness and life, providing a theoretical basis for the second design. The results showed that the probability of yolk in a good egg which is broken is 2%. |
