| Organic pollution in groundwater is worsening, which poses a threat to human health, so it is meaningful to monitor organics in groundwater. Vaied kinds of organic and lacking of analytical and detecton skill means too much works have to do, it’s necessary to choose priorities. A method to screen organics in groundwater was formed, which is objective, repeatable and updatable. Using this method to screen organics in China’s groundwater to make sure it’s feasible, an organic pollutants screening list also was got. The study conclusions are as follows:1. A three-stage screening method was apply in groundwater, each stage offered principle and methods respectively. The first stage is screening stage which form the preliminary pollutant list by judging whether targets are duplicate, mixture, collectively, isomers and reliable; the second is classification stage which form the classification list, the principle is toxicity and exposure, and then classify targets by toxicity including LD50ã€carcinogenicity and exposure including persistentã€detection rate; the third is sort stage which form the screening list by using simplified CHEMS-1 model to score these indexes including toxicityã€persistentã€mobility and detection rate.2. The US《national Primary Drinking Water Regulations》ã€WHO《Guidelines for Drinking-Water Quality》ã€EU《Council Directive 98/83/EC》and 8 water quality standards in China were as datesources to vertify the screening method and analysis sensitivity. The results show that 188 of the 198 are in screening list, 10 are excluded. And the estimated date is the biggest factor under the premise of without considering detection rate.3. 161 organics which which had detection rate of groundwater in northeast China as the date resource to form a screening list. Compared with the screening list got from water quality, 71 orgincs are additional and 41 of 71 organics were detected in groundwater. |
